Zapp Sinterklaas party
This weekend the Zapp Sinterklaas party takes place in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. During this event, the ‘real’ Sinterklaas along with his Pieten to the Jaarbeurs for a spectacular performance. All known friends of Zapp will be there as well as Kinderen voor Kinderen and performances of the Junior Songfestival. Bob the Builder, Buurman en Buurman, Het zandkasteel, they are all here to make it a fun show.
I go here myself with my little man. I am very curious what he thinks of it. We are looking forward to it.
The performance on Saturday 28 November is already completely sold out but tickets are still available for the performances on Sunday 29 November. Go to the website of the Zapp Sinterklaas party if you want to swing along to this party.
Red Bull Knock Out
On Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November the beach of The Hague the place to be if you like thrills. You can then enjoy the biggest and toughest beach race in the world for free. There will then be about 1500 motocrossers participating in various heats to qualify for the final on Sunday. The track can be found on the beach of Scheveningen from the harbor to the end of the boulevard. In a few places there are obstacles that the motocrossers have to cross.
This promises to be a huge spectacle. Anyway, I'm going to try to go check this out because I suspect my little man would think it's pretty cool. And secretly so can I. On Saturday the heats take place between 9.00 and 15.00hour. On Sunday, the semi-finals start at 13.00h and the final will be run at 14.45 hours.
